How to play WTF GOIN: Chopper Landing
Lift from State Farm Arena. Fly the fictional Atlanta route. Aim for a controlled landing at Magic City.
Start a flight
- Open WTF GOIN in your mobile or desktop browser. JavaScript is needed to play; no app download is required.
- Select Lets Get It! when the entry button is shown, then choose Start Mission. Music is optional and can be muted with the music control.
- The helicopter moves forward automatically. Use lift and release to manage its height while avoiding obstacles and collecting pickups.
- On the Magic City approach, release to descend and use taps to slow your descent. Aim for the roof landing pad rather than a hard touchdown.
Phone and keyboard controls
Touch: hold or tap the game surface to lift. Release to descend. Brief taps help slow a descent.
Keyboard: use Space, Up or W to lift. Release the key to descend. There are no separate left and right steering controls.
Use the pause button when you need to stop. Resume deliberately when you are ready to continue.
After the result
Your score appears before any signup choice. Choose Replay for another flight or Stream Song for the official video.
After the server verifies a completed touchdown, crash or timeout, enter a valid nickname and press Save to leaderboard to publish it. Wait for Saved to leaderboard and your public rank. An unnamed score stays private.
Use a nickname, not your email. Email signup is a separate optional choice; no login or email is needed for the leaderboard. You can replay without publishing.
Common questions
Do I have to land successfully to publish?
No. Other completed outcomes can qualify, but the server must verify the flight and confirm your nickname save before it appears publicly.
Can I read the guide without JavaScript?
Yes. This guide and the about page work without JavaScript. Playing the game requires it.
